At One D Technology, the safety of all users—especially minors—is a top priority. We are committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform and in all our applications. This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures designed to protect children and respond to any violations of our safety protocols.

1. Prohibition of CSAE Content and Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that involves or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming. This includes:

  • Sharing, uploading, or soliciting sexually explicit images or videos involving minors.

  • Engaging in conversations that are sexually explicit with or about minors.

  • Any attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.

Such behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts and will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities and organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. User Verification & Age Restrictions

  • Our apps implement strict age restrictions and use verification measures to prevent minors from accessing adult content or engaging in inappropriate interactions.

  • We prohibit users under the age of 18 from registering or using our dating or social platforms.

3. Moderation and Reporting

  • We use both automated tools and human moderators to monitor content, behavior, and communications within our app.

  • Users can report abuse or suspicious activity directly through the app interface or by emailing us at 1dsoltechx@gmail.com.

  • Reports involving potential CSAE are prioritized and escalated for urgent review.

4. Data Sharing with Authorities

  • We fully cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.

  • When necessary, we provide data and evidence related to CSAE incidents to legal authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and privacy regulations.

5. Education and Awareness

We regularly update our internal team on child safety protocols and encourage users to review online safety guidelines to protect themselves and others.
